How to Rename Multiple files at once in PC

You can rename any number of files for any file types at once with the following procedure.

1. Open the folder containing files that you want to rename.
2. Select all the files you want to rename.
3. Do right click on the first file and select Rename.
4. Type the new name, and then press ENTER.

All of the files in the series will be named in sequence using the new name you typed.

For example, if you type Image, the first will be named Image and subsequent files in the series will be named Image (1), Image (2), and so on.

To specify the starting number for the series, type the starting number inside the bracket after the new file name.
The files in the series will be numbered in sequence starting with the number you typed.

For example, if you type Image (10), the other files will be named Image (11), Image (12), and so on.
