How to re-activate the show hidden files options in pc

I faced this problem....when I activate the option "show hidden files and folders" it will show like activated but still you can't able to see the hidden files . This is caused by virus. Just follow th below steps to solve this problem..



1. First Go To Start --> run
2. Type "regedit"
3. In The Registry editor Follow The Steps
hkey_local_machine-->software-->microsoft windows --> current version-->explorer-->advanced-->folder-->hidden-->showall
4. Now go to right side registry list checked value double click to edit
5. chage the value to 1.  Now close the registry editor..



Now u can activate the option...
